Gate automation across Buckinghamshire
Buckinghamshire starts a few miles west of our Berkhamsted workshop, and it is where a lot of our residential work is. Long private drives, properties set back from the road, and a great many gates that were put in years ago and now need automating, upgrading or fixing.

The Chilterns and the commuter towns in the south east, around Amersham, Chesham and Beaconsfield, are largely residential: substantial properties, long drives, and a planning context that cares what a gate looks like. Can you automate the gates I already have?
Usually, yes, and it is one of the most common jobs we do in this county. We check the frame and hinges, the piers or posts, whether the gate moves freely by hand throughout its travel, the fall of the ground and where the nearest power supply is. If the gate is sound it can nearly always be automated. If it is not worth doing we will say so at the survey rather than on the day. Automated gates.
Do you work on sites across the Vale as well as the Chilterns?
Yes. Aylesbury and the Vale are a straightforward run from Berkhamsted, and we do commercial gate, barrier, bollard and fencing work across them as well as residential work. Security fencing in particular is something Aylesbury sites ask us for regularly.
