Electric gates, barriers and bollards across Hertfordshire

Hertfordshire is our home county. Our workshop and offices are in Berkhamsted, our engineers are on Hertfordshire sites every day, and a large share of the 500+ systems we have installed since 2009 are within half an hour of the front door.

What we cover in Hertfordshire

We work the whole county, from Dacorum and Three Rivers in the west across to Broxbourne and East Herts, and from the M25 boundary up to the Bedfordshire border.

  • New automated gates, barriers and bollards, made in Berkhamsted and installed by our own teams.
  • Planned maintenance and reactive call-outs on any make, whoever installed the system.
  • Same day emergency response where a gate or barrier is unsafe or blocking access.
  • Force testing, safety inspection and risk assessment, with a written report.
  • Security fencing and railings, commercial and residential.

Being based in the county is not a marketing line. It is why an emergency call in Hertfordshire is a short run rather than a half day, and why we can hold 100+ maintenance contracts without a network of subcontractors.

Towns we cover in Hertfordshire

Also covered, without a page of their own: Tring, Chesham, Rickmansworth, Hertford, Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Stevenage, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Bishop's Stortford and the villages between them. Ring and ask.

Local questions

Do you cover the whole of Hertfordshire, or just the west?

The whole county. We are based in the west, in Berkhamsted, so Dacorum, Three Rivers, St Albans and Watford are on our doorstep, but our engineers cover the east of the county too and commercial contracts take us right across it.

We have gates on several sites across Hertfordshire. Can they all go on one contract?

Yes, and that is how most of our county-wide customers run it. One contract, one schedule of visits, one point of contact, and a documented job report for each system after each visit. Mixed equipment across sites is normal: we work on any make, so it does not matter that three different contractors installed them.
